Pt.2.7.3.A.2) to the Colonial Office on the subject of charges incurred by the Hong Kong Goverment on cargo ex 5.8.*Tokuyama Maru" I am directed by the Lords Cpemissioners of His Majesty's Treasury to transit herewith the statement and supporting vouchers which were inadvertently omitted to be enclosed in the letter to you from this Department dated the 6th ultimo (24152/20).
